Wonder Woman Day 3-Part 1

On October 26, 2008, "Wonder Woman Day III"— as a part of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month — will take place, again at Excalibur Books in Portland, Oregon, and at Comic Fusion in Flemington, New Jersey. i'm honored to be contributing two pieces of Wonder Woman-themed artwork for such a great cause. Here's the two sketches i plan to finish in the next couple of days - one in color and the other in B & W inks. It's been pretty cool going "back to basics" and NOT using digital techniques for this project. (Feels like college again!) i'll be posting the finished artwork as soon as they're done...

These are both really kool! I have to agree, I like the action going on in the 2nd piece. Definitely looking forward seeing these with inks and some color.

I may be the lone dissenter, but I prefer the pin-up pose in #1...works better for me as a single piece...but both are cool!

Jason, yes, anyone can donate artwork to the show(s). The deadline is next Tuesday, so I'm not sure it's too late for them to add your name to promotional flyers and such. Charles or Rob would know the details.
